I totally understand that life happens! To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask that you review an honor the following policies: ✨️CANCELLATIONS✨️ - You may reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit to a future booking. However, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be returned in the event of a cancellation. ✨️NO-SHOW✨️ - SAME-DAY or LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW and will result in the loss of your deposit, and 50% OF THE SERVICE FEE must be paid before rebooking. After TWO NO- SHOWS, I reserve the right to decline future appointments. ✨️DEPOSITS✨️ - A deposit is required to secure all appointments. - Deposits go toward your service total, but are NON-REFUNDABLE in cases of late cancellations or no-shows. ✨️NO EXCEPTIONS✨️ - You have a 10-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. If you’re running a few minutes late, please let me know. After the grace period, your appointment will be canceled and marked as a no-show.
